At TWELF Technology & Design, every PC is carefully built, tested, and inspected before it leaves our hands. We know buying a computer online requires trust, and our goal is to make you feel confident, supported, and protected from the moment you place your order.
If something goes wrong, we will work with you to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may request return support within 30 days of delivery.
Because computers are high-value electronics, any visible shipping damage, dead-on-arrival issue, or major functional problem should be reported within 72 hours of delivery so we can properly document the case and help you faster.

Returns, refunds, or replacements may be approved when:
The product arrives damaged
The system is defective
The order does not substantially match what was purchased
The issue is confirmed after TWELF support review
Custom & Made-to-Order Systems
Many TWELF PCs are custom-built or made to order. Because of this, custom systems are generally not returnable unless there is a verified defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.
This helps us keep prices fair while still protecting customers when something is genuinely wrong.
Condition of Returns
Approved returns must be sent back in the condition approved by TWELF and should include the original packaging, accessories, and included components whenever possible.
Returns may be denied or partially refunded if the item is damaged, missing parts, altered, tampered with, or returned in a condition different from what was approved.
Please do not send anything back without written return authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to verified shipping damage, confirmed defect, or an error on our side.
Return Shipping
If the issue is caused by shipping damage, confirmed hardware defect, or our mistake, TWELF may provide a return label or help cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, insurance, safe packaging, and any applicable restocking costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing, parts allocation, or build work begins.
If a custom order has already entered production, parts have been secured, or labor has started, reasonable non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted.
